    This thing burns

I absolutely love this attachment. I use it at the end of my forearm routine to finish me off and it destroys my forearms. People should lube up all the metal-on-metal with something like Super Lube silicone grease when assembling to keep it from squeaking. Also, if using it with a cable machine instead of free weights, I'd recommend taking the strap off and using something thinner. I'm using some 1000lb paracord with mine as the wrist roller cable attachment doesn't line up with my Bells' All-in-One Trainer's pulley, and with the OG strap, it binds while winding, the paracord is a better option.

Stoked to hear you’re loving the wrist roller! 💪 It’s an awesome finisher for your forearm routine and definitely packs a punch! Great tip about lubing the metal-on-metal parts with Super Lube silicone grease to keep it silent—nobody likes squeaks while crushing those gains! And using paracord as a cable attachment is a smart move to avoid binding. Keep those forearms shredded! -BoS Crew

    Spinach for the forearms.

I got this device two weeks ago. Due to a little kitchen accident I had to take 5-6 days off from using it, but for the last ten days of use I've come to love it. Even just looking at it you can tell this roller is in the elite category for devices of it's type with the heavy duty metal construction and powder coating. You could probably go full John Wick on home intruders with this thing. No way this thing breaks even in 10-15 years imo. I've read other reviews from people requesting knurling, but I've found the smooth surface perfectly acceptable. I can't see anything, but the lightest knurling possible or you'd tear your hands up. The workout itself is intense and has tremendous scalability. You can stack several Olympic plates with ease and get a fantastic burn. At 5'10" a cheap folding stool from Amazon lets me fully extend the fabric and pull it back up while keeping my hands at waist/belly button height (not shoulder height. this is a wrist workout, not a shoulder workout). The pump you get for such a short workout is incredible. If you pair this with exercises that hit the brachioradialis you are guaranteed to get popeye forearms. Definitely an important isolation exercise tool you want in your toolkit.

The Bells of Steel Wrist Roller and Rack Attachment features a black cylindrical handle with a central rotating grip, an attached black strap, and a metal D-ring. Ideal for enhancing forearm and grip strength, it can serve as a versatile rack attachment.
