These comfortable little arm hammocks let your grip take a nap while you knee lift, leg lift, and (attempt) toes-to-bar. The wide hammock design evenly distributes your weight to avoid pressure points, with thick inner padding for extra comfort. Each heavy-duty carabiner has a 250lb weight capacity for a max 500lb limit.

I didn’t realize how much I needed these. Great addition to the BoS pull up bar I installed. Great quality. Beefy carabiners. Super comfortable. I use a small stool to position myself into them. Terrific core strengthening.

hello,i have a set of these ab straps and they are amazing for ab work.i use them every other day.i recently upgraded my gym setup with a 3x3 rack and a cable setup,the kracken.also purchased multiple accessories to compliment it.at least six thousand dollars worth.it started with a smaller rack and grew from there.i also just purchased a leg press/hack squat machine from.....i am a 70 yr.old male really getting into weights.this is not my first go round ok.thank you bells of steel!
