Product Features
-
2:1 & 1:1 Cable Ratios for Isolation AND Heavy Power
Side pulleys run a smooth 2:1 ratio for dialed-in isolation work, while the 1:1 center pulleys hit hard for heavy rows and pulldowns that make your lats sizzle. Switch from precision to strength, seamlessly.
-
Full Rack Functionality in a Compact Frame
The 2.3”×2.3” uprights with 5/8” holes work with J-cups, spotter arms, dip attachments and more—letting you squat, bench, and everything in between without buying a separate rack and cluttering up your gym.
-
Serious Training. Small Footprint.
Built for tight garages, basements, and shared spaces, the All-In-One Trainer fits neatly in a corner while replacing an entire rack and cable system, making it truly the cornerstone of your gym.
-
Begin plate-loaded. Add a stack later.
Start with the budget-friendly plate-loaded setup, then upgrade to the selectorized 210lb weight stack if and when you’re ready. Don’t let your budget hold you back; build your dream setup one upgrade at a time.
-
Commercial-Grade Aluminum Pulleys
Premium aircraft-grade aluminum pulleys deliver a consistently smooth pull that reviewers repeatedly praise. No grinding, sticking or wobble, even under heavy loads.
-
Full Range of Motion for Complete Muscle Activation
Long cable travel distances support full extension on rows, pulldowns, crossovers, face pulls, and leg work—so you never feel limited mid-rep, even in a compact home gym footprint.
-
Hundreds of Barbell & Cable Exercises
Perform squats, bench work, pulldowns, rows, curls, flies, lunges, that weird exercise you made up for social media clout, and more—without rearranging your entire gym.
-
Heavy-Duty Steel Frame With Warranty
Constructed from reinforced steel with a rigid X-frame geometry, this machine is built for years of daily use—backed by a limited lifetime frame warranty.
-
Simplified Assembly Support
Clear video walkthroughs and step-by-step guides make setup pretty painless. If you hit a snag, our customer service team is here to spot you. Real humans. Real helpful. Real quick.
Product Details
Unlock hundreds of cable and barbell exercises within a single footprint with the All-in-One Trainer! This unit combines the cable versatility of a functional trainer with the barbell functionality of a squat stand in a space-conscious footprint.
The x-style frame and built-in storage make it an efficient use of floor space in the corner of your home gym. Or your living lifting room.
The two side cables feature a 2:1 pull ratio, making them great for lighter isolations like curls, tricep pushdowns, and chest flies. Meanwhile, the centre cables feature a 1:1 pull ratio — excellent for heavy back work like lat pulldowns & low rows.
The 2.3" x 2.3" (60mm x 60mm) uprights with 5/8" holes double as a squat stand, just add some j-cups and rock your barbell training on the same machine! Plus, they're also compatible with rack attachments — Y-Dip, Seal Row Pad, and more!
Snag the beefy 210lb weight stack for the peak of convenience. Or grab the plate-loaded version if money is tight; you can transform it into a Weight Stack machine using the Upgrade Kit if you get tired of fumbling with plates.
Both units include two nylon handles, a lat pulldown bar, and a short straight bar.
V2 Update: Built in footplate for seated rows and other low cable exercises. Storage horns and hooks removed.
IMPORTANT: The All-In-One Trainer plate loaded MUST be bolted down to ensure the user and equipment's safety.
All-in-One Trainer requires 88" ceiling clearance for assembly (2235 mm)
When using your All-In-One Trainer (plate loaded or stack) as a squat rack (with J-cups & spotter arms), it MUST be bolted down to ensure the user and equipment's safety.
Mounting hardware is not included, but we recommend Tapcon+ screws.
Ships unassembled.
The All-In-One Trainer only works with the included lat pulldown bar — it’s shortened to fit perfectly between the uprights.
The All-In-One Trainer plate loaded is only compatible with 2" Olympic Plates.
