    Have to start somewhere!

    Just starting the Mark Wildman program. I have the large adjustable kettlebell. Just too big to start with, I'm trying to focus on my form and technique. So, I got the little adjustable kettlebell to start with, and then I can move up. These are fantastic lifetime investments! Love these kettlebells!

    Excellent addition to the pair of adjustable kettlebells

    I bought a pair of 12-20 kg adjustable kettlebells and was contemplating getting the plastic bottoms for them to increase the weight range as well as make them more usable for the wife. I'm glad I decided to get the 6-12 kg instead. This smaller in size kettlebell is easier to maneuver for shoulder rotations, core exercises and one arm swings. The wife finds it easier to hold due to its smaller handle diameter. It was packaged securely and arrived without any damage. The fit and finish is superb.

    Solid Kettelbell

    This 6-12 KG adjustable bell feels very tight and solid, a berry sturdy piece of equipment. And the ample handle size allows adept handling, transfers, etc.

    Tiny and versatile

    Bought this partly for my wife, but also for me. While I have the larger 12-32kg adjustable bell (Mark Wildman Edition), this is coming in handy for some of the more difficult rotational movements that I like to practice.
