Questions
How do I get the code?
Codes are sent by email to Bells of Steel subscribers one hour in advance on drop day. They'll also be posted on the product page at go live. Sign up above to get your checkout ready in advance.
Why didn't my code work?
Each flash is limited to 5 redemptions, one per customer per order. Once they're used, the code stops working, and they often go within minutes (sometimes seconds). The next flash drops in a few days, and you'll get another chance on November 27th.
What happens on Black Friday?
All 6 flashes go live again on Friday, November 27, with the same quantities (5 units per item). Subscribers get the codes by email in advance. Codes will be posted on the product pages at go live.
Will you price match Flash Sale or clearance pricing?
No. We cannot apply Flash Sale or clearance pricing to other orders or after the fact. Pricing applies to orders placed during the limited sale period, while quantities last. Our price adjustment policy does not apply between November 1 and January 15. We will not be making any price adjustments during this period. See the full policy here.
