    I recently added swivel shackles to my home gym setup, and they’ve been a great upgrade. The main reason I bought them was to reduce cable twisting during exercises like tricep pushdowns, rows, and lat pulldowns, and they’ve done exactly that.

    The swivel mechanism works smoothly and allows the attachment to rotate freely, which makes movements feel more natural and reduces strain on the wrists. Before using them, I noticed the cable and attachments would sometimes twist or bind during reps, especially with rope handles. Since installing the swivel shackles, that issue has basically disappeared.

    They also feel very solid and well-built. The metal is thick and durable, and once clipped onto the cable and attachment, everything feels secure. It’s a small piece of equipment, but it makes a noticeable difference in how smooth the exercises feel.

    I now have these on every attachment point on my <redacted> and I couldn't be happier. I'm blown away with how quick and easy attachment changes are. And they are small enough to fit through every mounting point on every attachment that I have - even the chunkiness and small hole of mag grips.

    Game changer
