Stay safe while benching or squatting with the heavy-duty Spotter Arms Attachment! Or use them as a secondary squat/bench station for barbell supersets! UHMW lining protects your barbell from damage, while the Manticore version boasts extra UHMW to keep your rack uprights in tip-top shape.
- 60mm version: compatible with our 60mm racks and non-B.o.S. 2.3" x 2.3" racks with 5/8" holes.
- Hydra version: compatible with our Hydra racks and non-B.o.S. racks with true 3" x 3" uprights with 5/8" holes.
- Manticore version: compatible with our Manticore racks and non-B.o.S. racks with true 3" x 3" uprights with 1" holes.
IMPORTANT: The Spotter Arms have a weight capacity of 800lb/362kg (60mm) & 1,000lb/453kg (Hydra & Manticore).

Fantastic and functional. I got the 2.3” ones to go with my residential rack. Budget oriented, but don’t let that make you think they won’t perform. These only skimp on “icing” things like liners on the bit the touch your rack uprights. They’re heavier duty than the rack itself.
Only complaint, hence the 4-stars, is that the plastic liners are very soft. Much softer than the j-cup material, which I’m told is so it REALLY
protects your barbell, but they are soft to the point that the are easily dented if you use them for other things (you can dig your fingernail into it pretty easily). Not a huge deal, but I’d way rather have the denser material on there.
Overall, they’re awesome for the price and built-solid.

We use the spotter arms outside of the rack to maximize capability with two lifters. But more often I use them to facilitate other exercises like lat pulldown and racks for a sudo-pendilum/hack squat. The spotter arms are a must have safety item but also very useful in creative ways.
