This bodyweight training tool is easy to secure to your power rack, wall-mounted pull-up bar, or ceiling joists.
Unlike a fixed pull-up bar or dip station, rings are unstable. This means your stabilizers are firing on all cylinders, and you’ll also get a solid core workout, so it’s a great 2-for-1 deal. Overload your exercises using a dip belt.
Use them indoors or outdoors — weather permitting. They’re lightweight and portable, so you can take them on the road and finally be that fitness fanatic working out in the park.
IMPORTANT: Ensure the anchor point of your straps is secure. If mounting to your ceiling, anchor points MUST be bolted securely to ceiling joints.

They're what I expected, and as such pretty good. I think I prefer the straps with the cam buckle (is that the right term? you press to release the teeth) because they're faster to adjust, but these ones use carabiners on numbered attachments, so that works well.
In any case, they feel good on the hand, they feel strong, the strap feels strong.
